Als HR Consultant:

  • Werk je nauw samen met bedrijven in Antwerpen die rekenen op onze kwaliteitsvolle en persoonlijke aanpak;
  • Combineer je rekrutering met het commerciële aspect van de job: je brengt geschikte kandidaten onder de aandacht bij bestaande én potentiële klanten;
  • Bouw je actief aan relaties en detecteer je nieuwe opportuniteiten, zonder te “verkopen”, maar door te luisteren, te begrijpen en te verbinden;
  • Maak je écht impact in een omgeving waar authenticiteit, vertrouwen en menselijkheid centraal staan.werk je nauw samen met bedrijven in Vlaams-Brabant die rekenen op onze kwaliteitsvolle en persoonlijke aanpak;

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Regional Manager en maakt deel uit van het team Finance.

Wat neem je op?

  • Je verdiept je in de rollen, noden en cultuur van je klanten, met focus op Finance, Banking & Insurance profielen. Dankzij jouw inzicht en mensgerichte aanpak weet je kandidaten te enthousiasmeren voor de juiste opportuniteiten.
  • Je publiceert vacatures via diverse kanalen en benut interne en externe databases, inclusief LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Je gaat gericht sourcen: je spot talent, benadert actief en weet de juiste match snel te herkennen.
  • Je voert diepgaande selectiegesprekken en zet testen, vragenlijsten en referentiechecks in om een volledig beeld te vormen.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten discreet en professioneel doorheen het hele selectieproces, van eerste gesprek tot opstart.
  • Je bewaakt je dossiers van A tot Z, met aandacht voor opvolging, kwaliteit en een sterke vertrouwensrelatie met klanten én kandidaten.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in recruitment, idealiter in Finance, Banking of Insurance.
  • Je communiceert helder, warm en empathisch, zowel met kandidaten als met klanten.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel, brengt structuur en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je bent leergierig, ondernemend en wil écht impact maken.
