Wij zoeken een enthousiaste HR Consultant die niet graag stilzit, graag contact legt met mensen en mee wil bouwen aan het succes van een groeiend bedrijf. Ervaring in de uitzendsector? Mooi meegenomen! Een flinke dosis motivatie, commerciële feeling en goesting om erin te vliegen? Nog beter!

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Vlot communiceert en mensen makkelijk weet te overtuigen.
  • Commercieel denkt en kansen ziet waar anderen ze misschien missen.
  • Positief ingesteld is en niet opgeeft bij de eerste uitdaging.
  • Stressbestendig is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Klantgericht is en zich goed kan inleven in anderen.
  • Zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te dragen.
  • Graag samenwerkt met collega's en zichzelf continu wil verbeteren.

Een bachelor in communicatie, HR of een aanverwante richting? Dat is mooi meegenomen. Geen passend diploma, maar wel relevante ervaring en de juiste drive? Dan willen we jou zeker leren kennen!

Ervaring in HR, recruitment, de uitzendsector of telefonische prospectie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute must.
