Werken als HR-consultant

Als HR- consultant ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen klanten en kandidaten. Veel verantwoordelijkheid en massa’s variatie, daar hou je van. Je speurt actief naar kandidaten, durft out-of-the-box te denken en brengt hun profiel in kaart. Met hun eigenheid in het achterhoofd koppel je hen aan de juiste vacature. Daarna gooi je al jouw overtuigingskracht in de strijd en presenteer je de match aan de klant. Van de eerste kennismaking tot de ondertekening van het contract: een HR-consultant neemt continu de lead.

Wij mikken steeds op de juiste cultural fit, en dat is voor onze eigen winkel niet anders. Weet jij je salestalent moeiteloos te verenigen met een betrokken aanpak? Wij zoeken een HR- consultant met deze skills op zak.

  • Kandidaten zijn meer dan hun cv en dat begrijp je maar al te goed. Met een flinke portie mensenkennis weet jij hen meteen te doorgronden.
  • Prospecten opbellen, vacatures vinden, frisse ideeën in de groep gooien ... Je zit niet stil en hebt oog voor nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Performance-driven en persoonlijk? Dat ben jij ten voeten uit! Je streeft klinkende resultaten na, maar plaatst het menselijke aspect steeds voorop.
  • Je hebt commerciële vaardigheden in de vingers: vol vertrouwen trek je zowel kandidaten, als klanten over de streep.
  • Dat diploma hoger onderwijs heb je al in the pocket. Ervaring? Oprecht enthousiasme en de juiste attitude zijn veel belangrijker!
