Als HR Consultant bij Job Talent ben jij dé schakel in het recruitmentproces tussen bedrijven en talent. Je focust op werving & selectie, kandidatenbegeleiding en het bouwen van sterke klantrelaties. Je identificeert snel de talenten en ambities van sollicitanten en koppelt ze aan de juiste vacatures binnen bedrijven in diverse sectoren. Dankzij jouw people skills en kennis van arbeidsmarkttrends, lever je toegevoegde waarde voor zowel kandidaat als klant.

Op een gemiddelde werkdag screen je cv’s, voer je selectiegesprekken, publiceer je vacatures op jobboards en social media, en onderhoud je telefonisch contacten met klanten en prospects. Je bezoekt af en toe, eventueel samen met je Business Manager, bedrijven om hun bedrijfscultuur en HR-behoeften te analyseren. Daarnaast denk je creatief na over employer branding en active sourcing via diverse recruitmentkanalen zoals LinkedIn, VDAB en andere jobplatformen.

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid
