Pro Industry is dé specialist in werving en selectie binnen de industrie. Vanuit onze kantoor in Lochristi helpen wij dagelijks kandidaten aan een nieuwe uitdaging en ondersteunen we bedrijven met hun personeelsnoden. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team waar samenwerken, plezier en resultaatgericht werken hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen?

Als HR-consultant ben je de schakel tussen kandidaten en bedrijven. Jij zorgt voor de perfecte match en begeleidt beide partijen gedurende het hele traject. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Actief werven en selecteren van kandidaten via diverse kanalen.
  • Kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en kandidaten begeleiden tijdens hun sollicitatieproces.
  • Bedrijven overtuigen om hun vacatures via Pro Industry in te vullen.
  • Administratie rond contracten en prestaties correct opvolgen.
  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag voer je intensieve gesprekken met kandidaten, de andere dag ben je volop in contact met bedrijven.

Must-haves

  • Bereidheid om fulltime in dagdienst te werken.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en zin om doelen te behalen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ervaring in HR, rekrutering of sales.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
