Als HR Consultant bij ons ben je de schakel tussen talent en bedrijven. Jouw takenpakket omvat.

  • Dagelijks ontmoet je nieuwe kandidaten en bedrijven, waarbij je zelfverzekerd sollicitatiegesprekken afneemt en kandidaten matcht met passende vacatures.
  • Dankzij je scherpe mensenkennis en inschattingsvermogen selecteer je kandidaten die perfect aansluiten bij de cultuur, visie en behoeften van onze klanten.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe banden met onze klanten, waarbij je hun bedrijfscultuur, activiteiten en behoeften door en door kent. Zo ben je in staat om hen te adviseren over HR-oplossingen en hen te voorzien van relevante feedback.
  • Je bezoekt bedrijven om een goed beeld te krijgen van de werkomgeving, wat essentieel is om kandidaten goed te kunnen adviseren en matchen.
