DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN

- Entwicklung und Pflege von HR-Dashboards zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen - Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines HR-Reportings - Durchführung analytischer Auswertungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen - (Technische) Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von Mitarbeiterumfragen - Erstellung und Pflege von Standarddokumenten im HR-Bereich - Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen, insbesondere hinsichtlich dem künftigen Einsatz von KI/AI-Technologien - Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datenqualität sowie deren - Aufbereitung im HR-Kontext - Begleitung und Umsetzung von digitalen HR-Projekten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling oder Personal), Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling oder Wirtschaftspsychologie - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI und Microsoft Forms - Erfahrung mit SAP HCM sowie im Bereich Predictive Analytics - Ausgeprägtes Interesse an KI/AI und digitalen Innovationen im HR-Umfeld - Grundlegendes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse und Personalarbeit - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; Kenntnisse in Python oder R sind von Vorteil - Fähigkeit, sich schnell in verschiedene HR-Systeme und -Prozesse einzuarbeiten - Hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
