Dat vraagt om een nieuwe HR-visie en om een leider die de verandering mede helpt vormgeven. Als HR Directeur bouw je aan Dovida als aantrekkelijke werkgever. Je versterkt de cultuur, ontwikkelt leiderschap en zorgt dat mensen, processen en structuur meegroeien. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor HR. Je zet de strategische koers uit, bouwt een professioneel HR-team en brengt plannen tot uitvoering. Thema's die de komende periode op de agenda staan zijn onder andere: leiderschap, cultuur, welzijn, beloning, leren & ontwikkelen, talent management, digitalisering en medewerkerbeleving. In het managementteam/directieteam ben je een kritische en constructieve sparringpartner voor de CEO, COO en je collega's. Je faciliteert, adviseert en coacht de eigen vestigingen. Je hebt daarnaast een betrokken rol richting de franchiseondernemers, zodat sterke lokale teams werken vanuit een gedeelde Dovida-cultuur. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft leiding aan het HR-team en bepaalt de strategische HR-agenda; - Je begeleidt de organisatieverandering en vertaalt de gewenste cultuur naar zichtbaar gedrag en duidelijke afspraken; - Je ontwikkelt leiderschap, sterke teams en een toekomstbestendige organisatiestructuur; - Je zet professioneel HR neer met beleid, processen en systemen; - Je leidt strategische HR-projecten en adviseert over opvolgingsplanning en verandermanagement. Om écht het verschil te maken in deze rol, heb je een abstact denkvermogen, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je een aanpakker. Je bent open, spreekt je uit en denkt in mogelijkheden. Ook werk je in een internationale omgeving; je hebt regelmatig contact met de Group CHRO in Australië en draagt bij aan goed afgestemde en consistente HR-processen binnen de verschillende landen.
