Jobomschrijving

  • People & Culture-strategie — Je ontwikkelt een geïntegreerde visie die de organisatie door een complexe transformatie loodst.
  • Cultuur & verandering — Je stuurt een groot veranderingsproces, versterkt motivatie en bouwt aan een cultuur van vertrouwen, feedback en samenwerking.
  • Leiding geven aan het P&C-departement — Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor een team van ±15 medewerkers (HR, Learning, Interne Communicatie).
  • Employee lifecycle — Je bewaakt coherente processen van instroom tot uitstroom, inclusief reorganisaties en afvloeiingen.
  • Arbeidsrelaties & sociaal overleg — Je speelt een sleutelrol in vakbondsoverleg en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij complexe dossiers.
  • Organisatieontwikkeling — Je begeleidt veranderingsprocessen, talentontwikkeling, leiderschapsgroei en lange-termijn personeelsplanning.
  • Interne communicatie & inclusie — Je versterkt open communicatie, kennisdeling, gender- en inclusiebeleid en organisatiebreed leren.

Must haves

  • Bachelordiploma (HR, arbeidsrelaties, psychologie, bedrijfskunde, sociale wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig).
  • Min. 8 jaar ervaring binnen HR, People & Culture of organisatieontwikkeling.
  • Sterke soft skills: verbindend leiderschap, empathie, helder communiceren, rust bewaren in complexe situaties.
  • Ervaring met verandering: reorganisaties, cultuurtrajecten, motivatie en peoplemanagement.
  • Tweetaligheid NL/FR en vlot Engels.
  • Ervaring met vakbonden en sociaal overleg.
  • Sterke interne communicatieskills.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring in een internationale, waardengedreven of complexe organisatie.
  • Ervaring met HR-business partnering, talentmanagement of performance management.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van leiderschapsteams.
