Deze dienstverlenende organisatie in regio Antwerpen bedient een zeer grote klantenbasis vanuit een twaalftal kantoren in België, met ongeveer 450 medewerkers.

Als HR Manager neem je de volledige HR eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor circa 450 medewerkers, stuur je een team van 6 HR professionals aan en zetel je in het managementteam, met een rechtstreekse rapportering aan de algemeen manager. De rol is uitgesproken transformatiegericht, met tegelijk de nodige operationele nabijheid bij je team en de business.

Het betreft een vaste functie in loondienst, met twee dagen kantoor en drie dagen thuiswerk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vertalen van de bedrijfsstrategie naar een concrete people agenda.
  • Trekken van de organisatietransformatie van een administratief gedreven organisatie naar een commerciëler en klantgerichter huis, inclusief het hertekenen van structuur en rolverdeling.
  • Opzetten en begeleiden van een leiderschapstraject voor het middenkader.
  • Uitwerken van een meerjarige workforce planning.
  • Leiding geven aan zes HR professionals in talent acquisition, HR business partnering en payroll.
  • Professionaliseren van de kernprocessen.
  • Harmoniseren van loon en arbeidsvoorwaarden over de entiteiten heen en een comp & ben kader uitbouwen dat past bij een commerciëler model, inclusief de vraag naar variabele verloning.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de werkgever in het sociaal overleg en in het comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk.
  • Rapporteren over HR metrics zoals verloop, verzuim, time to hire en betrokkenheid, en die cijfers effectief inbrengen in de besluitvorming van het managementteam.

Wie we zoeken

  • Minimaal 10 jaar HR ervaring, waarvan meerdere jaren in een leidinggevende HR rol.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met change en organisatieontwikkeling, bij voorkeur in een omgeving die tegelijk groeide en kromp.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en ervaring met sociaal overleg/vakbonden.
  • Ervaring in een dienstgerichte organisatie met een grote klantenbasis.
  • Pragmatisch, hands on en aanspreekbaar, iemand die tussen de teams staat.
  • Communicatief en besluitvaardig, comfortabel op managementteam niveau en overtuigend met cijfers in de hand.
  • Kennis van Nederlands, Engels. Frans is een groot pluspunt.
