* Administratieve opvolging van onderaannemers, Checkinatwork en Limosa

* Optreden als interne preventieadviseur niveau 3

* Uitwerken en opvolgen van risicoanalyses, toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsprocedures

* Beheren van PBM’s, werkkledij, arbeidsmiddelen en wettelijke keuringen

* Opvolgen van arbeidsongevallen, EHBO, brandpreventie, chemische producten en het verkeersplan

* Administratieve opvolging van het wagenpark, verzekeringen en schadegevallen

* Coördineren van onderhoudswerken aan het bedrijfsgebouw via externe firma’s

Jouw profiel

* Je hebt ervaring of een relevante opleiding binnen HR, personeelsadministratie of preventie.

* Je beschikt over het attest preventieadviseur niveau 3 of bent bereid dit te behalen.

* Je kent de basis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.

* Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en discreet.

* Je kunt procedures uitwerken en praktisch invoeren.

* Je communiceert vlot met arbeiders, bedienden, leidinggevenden en externe partners.

Kandidaten zonder het gevraagde diploma komen eveneens in aanmerking wanneer zij gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring kunnen aantonen. We zoeken iemand met een sterk analytisch en organisatorisch denkvermogen, die verbanden kan leggen, prioriteiten kan bepalen en complexe informatie kan vertalen naar duidelijke, praktisch toepasbare procedures. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging.
