De job van HR Excellence Manager Ter versterking van ons HR-team zijn we op zoek naar een HR Excellence Manager die zich zal focussen op:

  • Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en het bewaken van het HR-beleid in lijn met de bedrijfsstrategie.
  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt directie en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Je vertaalt actuele regelgeving naar concrete acties en opportuniteiten voor de organisatie.
  • Je neemt verschillende projecten op binnen onze HR-roadmap en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en tijdige oplevering.
  • Je stuurt het team wagenpark aan en gaat op zoek naar optimalisaties van dit proces.
  • Je neemt de rol op van Data Protection Officer en zorgt zo voor de correcte toepassing van GDPR in de gehele organisatie.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen hard HR.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van HR-projecten van A tot Z.
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar verbeteringen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt ervaring om medewerkers op een constructieve wijze aan te sturen.
  • Ervaring in de fiscale aspecten bij HR-gerelateerde topics en GDPR-toepassing is een plus.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en planmatig. Je behoudt vlot het overzicht over de diversiteit aan HR-opdrachten en kan bijschakelen waar er urgenties zijn.
