Een functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is: van onboarding en personeelsadministratie tot een groeiende rol in finance. Bij Welders in Aalst word je het centrale aanspreekpunt en bouw je HR en administratie mee op.

Welders NV is een Belgische nichespeler die wereldwijd complexe drukvaten, warmtewisselaars en andere procesinstallaties op maat ontwerpt en produceert voor de chemische, petrochemische en olie- en gasindustrie. Het bedrijf combineert engineering, hoogwaardige metaalbewerking en internationale projectrealisaties vanuit zijn vestiging in Aalst. Om het team en verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we nu op zoek naar een HR & Finance Officer.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als HR & Finance Officer word je een belangrijk intern aanspreekpunt bij Welders. Je neemt de personeelsadministratie en de dagelijkse HR-ondersteuning op je en groeit op termijn mee in het financiële luik van het bedrijf.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • HR en administratief aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en hun vragen opvangen.
  • Instaan voor de personeelsadministratie, mobiliteit en fietsleasing.
  • Aanwervingen van arbeiders opvolgen.
  • Onthaal en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers verzorgen, inclusief veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Het HR-beleid mee vormgeven en vertalen naar dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Office management en algemene ondersteuning.
  • In samenwerking met de externe accountant, werk je mee aan het dagdagelijkse beheer van de boekhouding.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een allround administratieve kracht die HR en finance wil combineren, vlot meedenkt en snel nieuwe materie oppikt.

  • Je hebt een graduaat, bachelor of master in HR of personeelsadministratie. Een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring is ook mogelijk.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een administratieve, HR- of financiële ondersteunende functie.
  • Je hebt interesse in zowel personeelszaken als finance en wil beide takken combineren.
  • Je hebt een kritische en analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving, payroll en HR-processen is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en werkt graag mee aan het uitzetten van interne structuur.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor collega's op alle niveaus.
  • Je bent leergierig, kan snel schakelen en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent mensgericht, discreet en integer, en tactvol bij personeelsvragen.
  • Je werkt correct met cijfermateriaal en bent gedisciplineerd in de tijdige afwerking van je taken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
