In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte financiële administratie én een goed georganiseerde personeelsadministratie. Je ondersteunt de directie met betrouwbare managementinformatie en bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Onze opdrachtgever is actief in vastgoedonderhoud en schilderwerken. Functie-informatie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed takenpakket op het gebied van financiën en HR. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren van de financiële administratie, waaronder debiteuren, crediteuren, facturatie, bank- en kasboekingen en inkoopfacturen. - Verzorgen van btw-aangiften, CBS-opgaven, WKA-administratie en voorbereiden van de jaarrekening. - Opstellen van financiële rapportages en signaleren van ontwikkelingen in omzet, kosten en resultaten. - Onderhouden van contacten met de accountant, verzekeraars en andere externe partijen. - Verwerken van uren en ondersteunen van de salarisadministratie. - Beheren van de personeelsadministratie, verlofregistratie en werkgeversverklaringen. - Begeleiden van ziekteverzuim en onderhouden van contacten met arbodienst, verzuimverzekeraar en pensioeninstanties. - Bewaken van de cao, WKR en overige HR-processen. - Organiseren van personeelsactiviteiten en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van administratieve processen Aanbo...
