Je bent continu op zoek naar procesverbeteringen middels workflows binnen onze HR-afdeling. Je analyseert de huidige processen, probeert deze te stroomlijnen en altijd op zoek naar hoe het beter, slimmer en sneller kan. Je past bestaande functionaliteiten aan of richt waar nodig nieuwe functionaliteiten in. Denk hierbij aan het starten met een fit/gap analyse van de huidige HR applicatie/workflow. Je gaat aan de slag met wensen vanuit verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt deze vervolgens naar geautomatiseerde processen. Je bent vraagbaak en specialist met betrekking tot de mogelijkheden die de software te bieden heeft. Je bent er niet vies van om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en je pakt door tot in het laatste detail. Je bent een enorme doorzetter die niet bang is om een verbetering aan te gaan waar de kaders en processen nog niet voorgekauwd zijn, sterker nog je vindt dit het allerleukste!
