- HR Generalist (met Flexervaring) - 32 - 40 uur - € 3.600,- / € 4.500,- - Elsloo Wil jij een HR-rol waarin je niet aan de zijlijn staat, maar midden in de operatie werkt? Bij Nedlin ben je verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de HR-ondersteuning én stuur je de flexibele schil van ongeveer 100 medewerkers aan. Een rol voor iemand die HR graag combineert met veel contact op de werkvloer. Functieomschrijving Als HR Generalist met flexervaring maak je onderdeel uit van het HR-team van Nedlin. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van de flexibele schil binnen de productieomgeving en ondersteunt daarnaast leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je werkt nauw samen met drie inhouse uitzendbureaus en verschillende plantmanagers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de personeelsbezetting op orde blijft, signaleert knelpunten en komt direct in actie wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast pak je HR-taken op binnen een deel van de organisatie. Denk aan verzuimbegeleiding, onboarding, retentie en het adviseren van leidinggevenden over personele vraagstukken. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Coördineren van circa 100 flexkrachten verdeeld over verschillende productielocaties; - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met drie inhouse uitzendbureaus; - Oplossen van bezettingsvraagstukken binnen de productie; - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over personeels- en HR-vraagstukken; - Zelfstandig begeleiden van verzuimdossiers conform de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Bewaken van afspraken, KPI's en processen rondom flexibele arbeid; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR-processen en deze bespreken met collega's en management; - Ondersteunen van onboarding- en retentieactiviteiten. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die schakelt tussen operationele uitdagingen en HR-vraagstukken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
