In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel dagelijkse HR-operaties als strategische HR-vraagstukken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers en weet als geen ander structuur aan te brengen in processen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd snel en flexibel kunt schakelen. Als HR-specialist werk je aan uiteenlopende taken: van administratieve ondersteuning tot het meedenken over organisatieontwikkeling. Samen met je collega's binnen het HR-team bouw je actief mee aan een toekomstbestendige HR-afdeling. Wat ga je doen in deze rol? - Begeleiden en adviseren van leidinggevenden bij onderwerpen zoals prestaties, ziekteverzuim, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en veranderingen binnen de organisatie. - Opstellen van contracten, bijhouden van personeelsadministratie en doorvoeren van mutaties in samenwerking met de salarisverwerking. - Opstellen en interpreteren van HR-analyses en rapportages als input voor strategische keuzes, waarbij je handig gebruik maakt van Excel. - Optimaliseren van HR-processen en zorgen voor gestroomlijnde gegevensverwerking via systemen als oa AFAS en SAP. - Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van beleid en procedures op HR-gebied. - Meewerken aan organisatiebrede projecten en HR-initiatieven. Functie-eisen Jij brengt mee: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in HRM, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een HR-functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale productie- of technische omgeving. - Vaardigheid in het opbouwen van sterke samenwerkingsrelaties met verschillende stakeholders....
