Voor Your.Cloud zoeken wij een HR Generalist die het HR-fundament verder helpt vormgeven binnen een snelgroeiende internationale IT-organisatie. Een veelzijdige rol voor waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en direct impact maakt. Dit is je uitdaging Bij Your.Cloud stap je in op een bijzonder moment. De organisatie groeit snel, internationaliseert en werkt aan het verder professionaliseren van HR-processen binnen verschillende bedrijven in voor nu Nederland, België, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. De basis staat, maar er is nog volop ruimte om processen verder in te richten, te standaardiseren en toekomstbestendig te maken. Jij wordt de HR-professional voor een groep van ongeveer 40 medewerkers en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar sta je zeker niet alleen. Binnen de bredere groep kun je sparren ervaren HR-professionals. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die het leuk vindt om te bouwen. Je komt niet terecht in een omgeving waar alles al is uitgedacht, maar juist in een organisatie waar jouw ideeën, initiatief en expertise direct zichtbaar resultaat opleveren. En misschien nog wel het mooiste: de organisatie zoekt iemand die zich voor langere tijd wil verbinden. Iemand die de komende jaren wil meegroeien met de organisatie en vanuit deze rol kan doorgroeien naar een volgende stap binnen de groep. Over de rol Als HR Generalist heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse HR-processen voor jouw medewerkerspopulatie. • Begeleiden van de volledige employee journey: van onboarding tot uitstroom. • Adviseren van managers en medewerkers over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verzuim en HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken. • Implementeren en uitvoeren van nieuwe HR-processen en bele...
