Wil jij een brede HR-rol waarin je zowel met mensen als met processen bezig bent? Krijg je energie van recruitment en onboarding, maar vind je het net zo belangrijk dat personeelsadministratie, payroll en HR-processen tot in de puntjes kloppen?

Voor een gevestigde professionele dienstverlener in Antwerpen zoeken we een HR Generalist die samen met de HR Manager een belangrijke rol speelt in de dagelijkse HR-werking.

  • HR & medewerkers: aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en advocaten gedurende hun volledige loopbaan.
  • Rekrutering: vacatures publiceren, kandidaten opvolgen en sollicitatieproces ondersteunen.
  • Onboarding: nieuwe collega's warm verwelkomen en begeleiden bij hun opstart.
  • Employer branding: meedenken over initiatieven om talent aan te trekken en te behouden.
  • HR-processen: optimaliseren en digitaliseren van processen en procedures.
  • HR-administratie: opmaak van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten.
  • Personeelsadministratie: correcte opvolging van medewerkers van indiensttreding tot uitdiensttreding.
  • Payroll: ondersteunen van de loonverwerking en contact met sociaal secretariaat/externe partners.
  • Tijdsregistratie & afwezigheden: opvolgen van prestaties, afwezigheden en correcte toepassing van procedures.
  • Sociale wetgeving: opvolgen en correct toepassen van relevante regelgeving.
  • Opleiding & ontwikkeling: bijdragen aan training, talentontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
  • Welzijn: meewerken aan initiatieven rond medewerkerswelzijn en betrokkenheid.
  • Ervaring: 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een brede HR-functie.
  • Proactief: neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Allround HR: ervaring met zowel soft HR als hard HR.
  • Nauwkeurig & gestructureerd: werkt georganiseerd en heeft oog voor detail, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Administratief sterk: haalt voldoening uit een correcte en tijdige opvolging van HR-administratie.
  • Talen: professioneel vaardig in Nederlands en Frans en beschikt over een goede werkkennis van Engels.
  • Sectorervaring: ervaring binnen de juridische sector is een sterke troef.
  • Flexibel & georganiseerd: kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten, zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
