Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* · AnsprechpartnerIn für MitarbeiterInnen in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen

* · Betreuung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt

* · Unterstützung im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement

* · Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen

* · Vorbereitung und administrative Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Personalabrechnung sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung relevanter HR-Daten

* · Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten

* · Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten sowie Optimierung interner Prozesse

* · Organisation von Onboarding- und Schulungsmaßnahmen

* · Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalverrechnung

Ihr Profil

* · Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* · Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil

* · Strukturierte, selbstständige und diskrete Arbeitsweise

* · Kommunikationsstärke und hohe soziale Kompetenz

* · Profunde Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* · Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 42.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis (Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich).
