Aufgaben

* Als HR Generalist:in begleiten Sie unsere Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles, vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding, und fungieren dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und internen Fachbereichen.

* Sie stellen eine professionelle Abwicklung zeitwirtschaftlicher Prozesse sicher, führen relevante Auswertungen durch und tragen durch Ihre sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zur hohen Qualität unserer HR-Daten und -Prozesse bei.

* Die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen-Angebote und Benefits liegt ebenso in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich wie die serviceorientierte Unterstützung interner Ansprechpartner:innen.

* Über das operative Tagesgeschäft hinaus bringen Sie sich aktiv in HR-Projekte ein, unterstützen bei Reporting- und Budgetthemen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und HR-Instrumenten mit.

* Ergänzt wird Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet durch die Koordination von Fuhrpark- und Arbeitskleidungsthemen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Partner:innen.

Qualifikationen

* Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und möchten Ihr Know-how im Human-Resources-Umfeld weiter ausbauen.

* Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, in der Personaladministration oder einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion mit.

* Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook und MS Teams.

* Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht sind ebenso von Vorteil wie gute Englischkenntnisse, die Ihnen die Kommunikation mit internationalen Ansprechpartner:innen erleichtern.

* Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Kooperationsfähigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Umsetzungsstärke und lösungsorientiertem Denken aus.
