Jouw missie?

Als enthousiaste HR inhouse consultant zorg jij ervoor dat vacatures snel en kwalitatief worden ingevuld. Jij beheert alle aspecten van uitzendwerk, screen kandidaten, en zet de puzzelstukjes perfect in elkaar. Met jouw commerciële flair vul je je reservepool aan. De sleutel? Duurzame relaties opbouwen en dé partner worden voor je klant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Wees het aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en klanten.
  • Rekruteer arbeidersprofielen voor een logistieke speler en screen af en toe bediendeprofielen.
  • Zoek creatief naar die match ‘made in heaven’.
  • Bereid medewerkers voor en verzorg de administratieve opvolging.
  • Maak dagelijkse planningen.
  • Leer de magazijnen kennen en volg uitzendkrachten op.
  • Gebruik je vlotte communicatie en efficiënte werkaanpak om deadlines te halen.
