SAP HCM & SuccessFactors (*all genders) Deine Aufgaben:

* Du gestaltest unsere globale HR-Systemlandschaft mit Fokus auf SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA und SAP SuccessFactors mit und entwickelst diese weiter.

* Du arbeitest bei internationalen Implementierungs-, Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten im HR-IT-Umfeld mit.

* Du analysierst, standardisierst und harmonisierst HR-Prozesse zur Schaffung einer effizienten, digitalen HR-Landschaft.

* Konfiguration, Customizing und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Lösungen gehören auch zu deinen Aufgaben.

* Du betreust und optimierst laufend SuccessFactors-Module wie Recruiting, Learning und EmployeeCentral und HCM-Modulen wie Personaladministration, Abrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft.

* Du berätst und unterstützt die HR-Fachbereiche sowie Mitarbeitende und Führungsverantwortliche bei Fragen zu HR-Systemen und Prozessen.

* Du arbeitest mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zur Umsetzung von Projekten zusammen.

Dein Profil:

* Du bist ein Zukunftsformer - mit Kopf, Hand und Herz und ein Teamplayer?

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche, technische oder IT-orientierte Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld von SAP HCM und/oder SuccessFactors mit?

* Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen sowie im Customizing und der Systembetreuung?

* Du hast vielleicht auch schon Erfahrung mit HR-Transformationen, Digitalisierungsvorhaben oder SAP-S/4HANA-Projekten gesammelt?

* Deine analytische Denkweise, hohe Datenaffinität und ausgeprägte Prozessorientierung zeichnen dich aus?

* Du sprichst der Tätigkeit entsprechend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch und bringst eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit?
