Als HR Management Trainee doe je praktijkervaring op in alle facetten van de HR-cyclus, werk je aan je eigen projecten en draag je bij aan de employee experience binnen het hotel. In deze stage op managementniveau werk je nauw samen met de HR Manager en Assistant HR Manager en word je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's binnen het hotel met in totaal circa 130 teamleden. Deze stage biedt een combinatie van operationele verantwoordelijkheden, administratieve taken, employee engagement en strategische HR-projecten. Met 476 kamers en 2 1 veelzijdige vergaderruimtes , waaronder een ruime ballroom voor maximaal 700 gasten in theateropstelling en een uniek rooftop event area, behoren wij tot 1 van de grootste meeting- en eventhotels van Amsterdam. Het hotel ligt direct naast station Amsterdam Sloterdijk en is uitstekend bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en auto. Ontworpen door de bekende Karim Rashid, maakt het hotel onderdeel uit van het iconische VEN-complex, samen met onder andere Holland Casino, Limehome appartementen, World of Karaoke en Restaurant Azura. Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving waar plezier, informaliteit en de diversiteit van onze internationale teams elke dag samenkomen.
