Met slimme zonwering, raamdecoratie en oplossingen voor het buitenleven. In de afgelopen jaren is de organisatie gestaag gegroeid. Afgelopen maand is bekend gemaakt dat Zon en Scherm verder gaat met Inhuis Plaza waardoor een organisatie ontstaat van 150 medewerkers en 13 showrooms en vijf montage hubs. Het samensmelten van twee culturen en het verder acceleren van de groei van de organisatie zal een van de uitdagingen zijn. Als jij hier warm van wordt dan is dit iets voor jou! Wij zoeken een gedreven HR Manager die samen met de directie en leidinggevenden bouwt aan de volgende fase van onze organisatie. Zo maak jij het verschil! Wat ga je doen als HR manager? Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor HR binnen Zon en Scherm en de andere labels binnen de groep. Je bent sparringpartner van de directie, adviseert leidinggevenden en bent regelmatig zichtbaar op onze verschillende locaties. Tegelijkertijd ben je niet iemand die alleen adviseert. Je vindt het juist leuk om ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en waar nodig operationele HR-werkzaamheden op te pakken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - begeleiding van de verdere integratie na de fusie; - adviseren van directie en leidinggevenden over personele en organisatorische vraagstukken; - organisatieontwikkeling en personeelsplanning in lijn met onze groeiambities; - (complexe) verzuim-, arbeidsrechtelijke en performancevraagstukken; - ...
