U rapporteert aan de Site Director en stuur een klein team aan. Als echte partner van het management en nabij aanspreekpunt voor de teams neemt u de verantwoordelijkheid op voor alle HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de kwaliteit van de sociale dialoog en de begeleiding van medewerkers en managers.

Uw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• u begeleidt de operationeel verantwoordelijken bij al hun dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken en adviseert hen in hun rol als people manager;

• u zorgt voor het beheer van de individuele relaties: integratie, begeleiding, ontwikkeling, beheer van gevoelige situaties, conflicten, verzuim, prestaties en eventueel uitstroom;

• u bent het voornaamste aanspreekpunt voor het personeel inzake HR-vragen en waakt over het behoud van een klimaat van vertrouwen en dialoog;

• u neemt de sociale dialoog voor uw rekening en onderhoudt constructieve relaties met de werknemersvertegenwoordigers en vakbondsorganisaties;

• u ontwikkelt de interne communicatie in lijn met de HR-uitdagingen om de betrokkenheid, cohesie en informatiedoorstroming binnen de onderneming te versterken;

• u stuurt verschillende HR-projecten aan of draagt hieraan bij: competentieontwikkeling, opleiding, rekrutering, onboarding, evaluaties, interne mobiliteit, betrokkenheid, welzijn, enz.;

• u volgt de evoluties in de sociale wetgeving op en bent attent op een goede toepassing ervan binnen de organisatie;

• u neemt samen met de site directie deel aan het bepalen en uitvoeren van de HR-prioriteiten;

• u stuurt een klein team aan dat specifiek verantwoordelijk is voor het administratief beheer en de loonadministratie.

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur (licence ou master). • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que responsable RH au sein d'une entreprise de production industrielle. • Vous possédez une solide expérience du dialogue social et des relations avec les syndicats. • Vous appréciez le travail de terrain, au contact des employés et des managers, et êtes capable d'aborder des problématiques variées. • Vous êtes capable de gérer aussi bien des dossiers individuels sensibles que des projets RH plus structurants. • Vous faites preuve de diplomatie, de capacité de décision et de pragmatisme dans vos interactions avec les différents interlocuteurs. • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du droit social belge et savez identifier les principaux enjeux liés aux situations rencontrées. • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), accessible et possédez d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication. • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français.
