Je verantwoordelijk voor het HR-beleid van Koninklijke Van der Most over meerdere vestigingen binnen de organisatie. JOUW ROL Als HR Manager van de KVDM-groep ben je strategisch sparringpartner voor directie, MT en leidinggevenden. Je denkt mee over de toekomst van onze organisatie: welke talenten hebben we nodig, hoe ontwikkelen we leiderschap en hoe zorgen we dat medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar blijven? Met jouw visie op HR, organisatieontwikkeling en cultuur help je onze bedrijven verder groeien. Tegelijkertijd sta je midden in de organisatie. Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en weet wat er speelt binnen onze teams. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij complexe HR-vraagstukken, adviseert bij lastige gesprekken en vertaalt beleid naar praktische oplossingen die werken in de dagelijkse praktijk. Omdat we op meerdere locaties actief zijn, ben je regelmatig aanwezig op onze verschillende vestigingen. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met daadkracht. Je ontwikkelt niet alleen HR-beleid, maar zorgt er ook voor dat plannen worden omgezet in resultaat. Zo draag je bij aan een organisatie waar medewerkers kunnen groeien, leidinggevenden worden versterkt en onze kernwaarden Vakmanschap, Vitaliteit en Verbinding zichtbaar zijn in alles wat we doen.
