ITN Techniek Ontwerpen Realiseren Ontzorgen HR-Manager (38-40 uur) ITN Techniek groeit en ontwikkelt zich continu. Om die groei ook op het gebied van mens en organisatie goed te blijven ondersteunen, zoeken wij een HR Manager die samen met ons HR verder professionaliseert. Iemand die structuur en richting brengt, maar vooral ook dicht bij onze mensen staat en begrijpt wat er op de werkvloer speelt. Jij zorgt voor verbinding door oprechte persoonlijke aandacht te geven en betrokkenheid te tonen. Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en verder professionaliseren van het HR-beleid van ITN. Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor de directie en het MT en tegelijkertijd een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je verbindt de ambities van ITN met de ontwikkeling van onze mensen. Daarbij werk je zowel strategisch als operationeel: van personeelsplanning en organisatieontwikkeling tot begeleiding bij dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken. Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling HRM, bestaande uit HR-medewerkers, receptie/secretariaat en managementondersteuning. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met recruitment, administratie en leerlingcoördinatie. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het HR-beleid en de strategische personeelsplanning. - Adviseren van directie, MT en leidinggevenden over personele en organisatorische vraagstukken. - Leidinggeven aan en verder ontwikkelen van het HR-team en de HR-processen. - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor instroom, doorstroom, ontwikkeling en uitstroom van medewerkers. - Verder ontwikkelen van onboarding, opleidingen, BBL-trajecten en loopbaanontwikkeling. - Begeleiden van verzuim, functioneren, inzetbaarheid en complexe personele vraagstukken. - Professionaliseren en digitaliseren van HR-processen, onder andere binnen AFAS. - Werken met HR-rapportages en kengetallen en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen. - Versterken van medewerkersbetrokkenheid, werkg...
