The posting

Voor een sterke en ambitieuze onderneming in Vlaanderen, met een omzet van ca. €500 miljoen, zoeken we een HR Manager die talent herkent, mensen weet te verbinden en mee bouwt aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Geen klassieke HR-beheerfunctie, maar een zichtbare, menselijke en ondernemende rol met sterke focus op recruitment, talent development en persoonlijke contacten.

Functie

  • Verantwoordelijkheid over recruitment en talent acquisition, van eerste contact tot succesvolle aanwerving.
  • Actief zoeken, aanspreken en selecteren van sterke kandidaten met oog voor potentieel en persoonlijkheid.
  • Voeren van persoonlijke, diepgaande en bij voorkeur fysieke gesprekken met kandidaten.
  • Kandidaten diepgaande info verstrekken van de organisatie, de cultuur, de functie en hun toekomstige groeimogelijkheden.
  • Persoonlijk contact onderhouden tijdens én na de onboarding en zorgen voor een sterke employee experience.
  • Detecteren en ontwikkelen van intern talent, inclusief doorgroeimogelijkheden en carrièrepaden.
  • Ondersteunen van managers in het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van talent.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk professioneel netwerk en een aantrekkelijke employer branding.
  • Fungeren als vertrouwenspersoon en aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management.
  • HR verbinden met de business en mee vormgeven aan een sterke, mensgerichte people-strategie.

Profiel

  • Masterlevel, aangevuld met relevante ervaring binnen HR, recruitment, psychologie, bedrijfskunde of een commerciële omgeving.
  • Ervaring in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR of talent development.
  • Sterk in het herkennen van potentieel dat niet altijd zichtbaar is op een cv.
  • Uitstraling, présence en charme, gecombineerd met maturiteit en inzicht
  • Persoonlijkheid die vertrouwen uitstraalt en mensen makkelijk op hun gemak stelt.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden; sterk in overtuigen en verbinden.
  • Commerciële feeling en het vermogen om een functie, organisatie en toekomstperspectief overtuigend te presenteren.
  • Ondernemend, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Oprechte interesse in mensen, met de overtuiging dat talent kansen verdient.
  • Nederlands uitstekend, Frans zeer goed; Engels vanzelfsprekend.
