Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, adviseert het management en krijgt volop ruimte om HR verder te ontwikkelen . Een brede en zelfstandige functie waarin strategie en praktijk samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het brede HR-vakgebied. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen dagelijkse personeelsvragen en onderwerpen die de organisatie op langere termijn verder helpen. - Adviseren en ondersteunen: van directie en leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. - Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers: beantwoorden van vragen en weten wat er speelt binnen de organisatie. - Instroom, ontwikkeling en uitstroom: begeleiden van medewerkers tijdens verschillende fases van hun loopbaan. - HR-beleid: uitvoeren én verder ontwikkelen van het HR-beleid. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-processen: beheren en verbeteren van personeelsregelingen en processen. - Recruitment en onboarding: coördineren van de werving en een goede start van nieuwe collega's. - Communicatie: verzorgen en bewaken van onder andere LinkedIn, de website en HR-gerelateerde communicatie. - Verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid: begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en aandacht houden voor duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Salarisadministratie: voorbereiden en controleren van de salarisadministratie. - Verbeteringen: kansen binnen de organisatie signaleren en deze zelfstandig oppakken. Omdat je onderdeel wordt van een relatief klein team, is een goede persoonlijke klik minstens zo belangrijk als je ervaring.
