- +31 (0)70 360 69 90 - [email protected] HR Manager Voor een dynamische onderneming actief in de leisure zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR Manager (gewijzigd profiel) Allround, opzetten HR functie, operationeel, tactisch & strategisch Regio: Amsterdam Vanwege de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van deze dynamische onderneming (ca. 100 mw.) is de nieuwe functie ontstaan voor een HR Manager (32-40 uur), die de HR strategie opstelt en implementeert, de HR functie verder vorm gaat geven en pragmatisch werkbaar maakt en uitvoert (in-, door- en uitstroom, inclusief recruitment) in een dynamische compacte onderneming, met verschillende activiteiten/bedrijfsonderdelen. De HR Manager zorgt dat de HR zaken goed op orde en strak geregeld zijn, aansluitend op de ondernemingsdoelstellingen en conform actuele wet- en regelgeving. Het profiel: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, HR gerelateerde opleiding; - Ruimere werkervaring in een allround HR adviseur/manager rol; - Schakelt makkelijk van operationeel naar tactisch/strategisch niveau en weer terug; - Heeft ervaring en affiniteit met werving en selectie; - Heeft bij sterke voorkeur (enige) ervaring in leisure sector; - Helicopterview, houdt overzicht tav het hoofdkantoor en de verschillende bedrijfsactiviteiten; - Is flexibel, stressbestendig, ondernemend, commercieel en gewend zelfstandig te werken; - Snapt de hectiek van en voelt zich goed thuis in een dynamisch bedrijf; - Fungeert als HR aanspreekpunt voor alle niveaus binnen de organisatie; - Is Peoplemanager, heeft ervaring in het inwerken, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers en heeft oog voor de ontwikkeling van zijn mensen; - Is een dedicated gesprekspartner/adviseur voor medewerkers, collega's en directie; - Heeft ervaring met het opzetten en optimaliseren van een HR functie; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; - Bereid te reizen naar 2 andere bedrijfslocaties in nabije omgevi...
