HR Manager Bij Kids Lodge draait alles om een warme, veilige en uitdagende omgeving waarin kinderen kunnen groeien. Dat begint bij onze mensen. Als HR Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een HR-beleid dat onze medewerkers laat floreren, en daarmee ook onze kinderen. Je bent sparringpartner voor de directie, coach voor je HR-team en een vertrouwd gezicht op de werkvloer. Kids Lodge is volop in ontwikkeling. We zijn een groeiende organisatie waar continu beweging is en geen dag hetzelfde is. De komende jaren staan in het teken van verdere groei, ontwikkeling en verandering. Dan voel jij je bij Kids Lodge helemaal thuis. - Houten - Kantoor - 28 - 36 uur - Werkdagen in overleg, in ieder geval donderdag - Schaal 12 volgens de cao-kinderopvang (€4.895,- t/m €6.760,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek) Over je functie HR-beleid & -strategie Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het HR-beleid op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau, en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar een toekomstbestendige HR-strategie. Hier behoort onder andere het opstellen van en het toezien op de naleving van de jaarplannen en budgetten van de HR-afdeling bij. Adviseur & business partner Je bent adviseur en business partner voor directie en management bij vraagstukken rond personeel, ontwikkeling, verzuim en teamdynamiek. Teamleiding & coaching Je geeft leiding aan en coacht het HR-team, en zorgt voor een heldere werkverdeling en samenwerking. Verzuimmanagement en begeleiding Je stuurt op verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid, en begeleidt de Casemanager Verzuim bij complexe casuïstiek.
