Dit is een functie voor iemand die verder kijkt dan de dagelijkse personeelszaken. We zoeken een HR-professional die richting geeft, structuur aanbrengt, beleid ontwikkelt en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de organisatie en de mensen staat . Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is het opnieuw opbouwen en stevig neerzetten van de HR-organisatie . De basis moet verder worden gestructureerd en geprofessionaliseerd, waarbij jij de ruimte krijgt om vanuit jouw kennis en ervaring de HR-functie opnieuw vorm te geven. Je wordt daarmee een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie en management en een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Als HR Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het HR-beleid en de uitvoering daarvan binnen de organisatie. Je brengt visie en structuur, maar bent tegelijkertijd praktisch genoeg om te weten wat er op de werkvloer speelt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het HR-beleid; - Opnieuw opbouwen en professionaliseren van de HR-organisatie en HR-processen; - Adviseren van directie en management over personele en organisatorische vraagstukken; - Fungeren als strategisch en tactisch sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden; - Verder professionaliseren van de HR-administratie, personeelsdossiers en processen; - Vormgeven van de volledige employee journey: van instroom en onboarding tot ontwikkeling en uitstroom; - Opzetten en verbeteren van recruitment- en personeelsplanning; - Strategisch adviseren over formatie, capaciteit, inzetbaarheid en organisatieontwikkeling; - Regie voeren op verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en complexe casuïstiek; - Bewaken van correcte toepassing van arbeidsrecht, cao en overige relevante wet- en r...
