Wij zijn op zoek naar de volgende nieuwe collega: HR manager (32-40 uur) Functie informatie Als HR manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de directeur en ben je lid van het MT. Je bent echter vooral een toegankelijke aanspreekpunt binnen onze organisatie. Hierdoor heb je goed zicht op wat er speelt, weet je wat collega's nodig hebben en creëer je een werkomgeving waarin collega's zich gewaardeerd, betrokken en succesvol voelen. Je bent de vraagbaak voor alle HR en CAO gerelateerde vragen. Je voert verzuimgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat alle HR-administratie en salaris-betalingen zorgvuldig en gestructureerd worden uitgevoerd. Hiernaast vind je het een uitdaging om kansen te creëren voor mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Je begeleidt het volledige proces van in-, door- en uitstroom en ondersteunt de leidinggevenden bij de ontwikkelgesprekken. Functie-inhoud • Lid van het MT; • Eindverantwoordelijk voor de gehele personeelsadministratie en het beheer van de personeelsdossiers; • Beantwoorden van eerstelijns vragen van collega's over loonstroken, CAO, etc; • Begeleiden van verzuim- en inzetbaarheidstrajecten; • Selecteren en spreken van sollicitanten; • Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners zoals arbodienst, etc; • Verder professionaliseren van HR-beleid, structuren en processen. Functie-eisen • HBO werk- en denkniveau; • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, liefst binnen de bouw; • Representatief en goede communicatieve vaardigheden; • Integer, accuraat, pro-actief en resultaatgericht; • Je bent zichtbaar, toegankelijk, duidelijk en verbindend op diverse niveaus; • Je werkt vanuit een gastvrije en servicegerichte houding.
