Deze dienstverlenende organisatie met een grote klantenbasis in regio Antwerpen telt ongeveer 450 medewerkers en zit midden in een periode van belangrijke verandertrajecten en integraties.

Na het vertrek van de HR Manager zoekt de organisatie een HR Manager ad interim die de brug slaat tot de vaste opvolger aan boord is. Je neemt eigenaarschap op voor de governance van de HR en businessprojecten, je bent leidinggevende, coach en sparringpartner voor het HR team en je vertegenwoordigt HR in het managementteam.

Het betreft een freelanceopdracht van 3 tot 6 maanden, gemiddeld 3 à 4 dagen per week, met fysieke aanwezigheid op kantoor op woensdag als vaste teamdag.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bewaken van eigenaarschap, voortgang en prioriteiten binnen een brede portefeuille van HR en businessprojecten, met een transparante rapportering richting CEO en managementteam.
  • Actief opvolgen van risico’s, afhankelijkheden en besluitvorming.
  • Zelf projectlead opnemen op transversale dossiers, van de integratie van een recent overgenomen entiteit tot de heropstart van een stilgevallen traject.
  • Trekken van de prioritaire projecten rond mobiliteitsbudget, loonbudget, tijdsregistratie, verzuimbeleid, leiderschapsbeleid en employer branding.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het HR team.
  • Actief deelnemen aan het managementteam en businessbeslissingen vertalen naar HR impact, workforce impact en organisatorische consequenties.
  • Verzekeren van een duurzame overdracht aan de vaste HR Manager, zodat die meteen kan doorpakken.

We zoeken een ervaren interim manager die op dag één meedraait. Belangrijke profielkenmerken zijn:

  • Bewezen ervaring als HR Manager in een organisatie van vergelijkbare schaal en complexiteit.
  • Sterke project en changemanager die structuur, focus en tempo brengt in een drukke projectomgeving.
  • Ervaren people manager en coach die een team met vertrouwen door een overgangsperiode loodst.
  • Brede HR bagage over business partnering, talent acquisition, HR operations, comp & ben en employee relations heen.
  • Stevige sparringpartner voor CEO en management.
  • Hands on, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht, even comfortabel op strategisch als op operationeel niveau.
