KDV Zonnelicht zoekt een betrokken en zelfstandige HR Manager die energie krijgt van het ontwikkelen van mensen en de organisatiecultuur. Dit is een brede, allround functie voor iemand die graag schakelt tussen visie en uitvoering: van het enthousiasmeren van collega's over persoonlijke ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en het presenteren van Zonnelicht op banenmarkten en onderwijsbeurzen, tot de zorgvuldige inrichting van de HR-processen.
