HR Manager - Tot € 5000 HR Manager in 's-Gravenzande, 32 tot 40 uur per week, met een salaris van € 3.500,00 - € 5.000,00. Je stuurt het HR-team aan, ontwikkelt HR-strategie en beleid, en werkt vanuit 's-Gravenzande, Kwintsheul en Sappemeer. HBO-niveau, minimaal 10 jaar HR-ervaring waarvan 5 jaar leidinggevend, direct in dienst bij de werkgever. - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €3500 en €5000 per maand - Vaste dienst / Werving en selectie Maak direct impact door te bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige HR-afdeling én houd oog voor de mens achter onze planten. Je speelt als ervaren HR Manager binnen Plant World een sleutelrol. Samen met de directie en het managementteam ontwikkel je een toekomstgerichte HR-visie en bouwt actief aan een sterk, professioneel HR-team. Met jouw skills en ervaring breng jij structuur en richting en weet jij collega's te verbinden. Als mensgerichte HR professional combineer je moeiteloos strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en weet je zo onze mensen mee te nemen in verandering. In de functie van HR Manager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het: - Aansturen van het HR team (2FTE); - Vertalen van de HR strategie naar praktisch en effectief HR beleid; - HR-budget, jaarplan en diverse rapportages; - Waarborgen van de bedrijfscultuur en visie; - Aansturen van externe partners en leveranciers. Het HR team bestaat uit een HR Manager (jij), HR Functionaris en Salarisadministrateur. Samen met het team werk je aan een professionele, toegankelijke en toekomstbestendige HR-afdeling. Je standplaats is 's-Gravenzande. Je zult in deze rol ook regelmatig vanuit onze andere locaties in Westland ('s-Gravenzande & Kwintsheul) en Groningen (Sappemeer) werken. - Een salaris tussen de € 3500,00 - € 5000,00 afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Direct in dienst bij de werkgever. - Een veelzijdige rol waarin je schakelt tussen strategie en opera...
