Als HR Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en draag je bij aan strategie en organisatieontwikkeling. In deze zelfstandige rol werk je intensief samen binnen een gedreven managementteam en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO. Wat ga je doen? In jouw rol als HR Manager draag je bij aan zowel operationele, tactische en strategische HR-activiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met het management om organisatiebrede vraagstukken op te lossen, je begeleidt de in-, door- en uitstroom binnen de organisatie en pakt verzuim- en functioneringsvraagstukken op. Naast het ontwikkelen van beleid, richt je je op het versterken van teams en leidinggevenden om zo de gehele organisatie te laten groeien, wat bestaat uit zo'n 100 mensen. Jouw input en analyses ondersteunen de CEO en managementteam in het maken van strategische beslissingen. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt een afgeronde WO- of HBO-opleiding in HRM of Bedrijfskunde en/of ervaring, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving of FMCG. - Je hebt gedegen kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, met name de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. - Je bent bekend met verschillende salarispakketten; bij onze opdrachtgever wordt Loket gebruikt. - Je hebt een gestructureerde geest en bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig. - Salaris tot maximaal €6.000 per maand, maar wel bespreekbaar - Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd na het eerste jaar - Een eindejaarsgratificatie - Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak - Een ruime reiskostenvergoeding en een solide pensioenregeling Over de organisatie Jij komt te werken in een succesvolle organisati...
