Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker in de bediening is het jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat gasten met een goed gevoel de brasserie verlaten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een warme en professionele ontvangst. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Gasten hartelijk ontvangen en begeleiden naar hun tafel - Opnemen en serveren van drankjes en gerechten - Bestellingen correct en duidelijk doorgeven aan de keuken - Adviseren van gasten op basis van je kennis van het menu - Inspelen op dieetwensen en persoonlijke voorkeuren Of het nu gaat om een speciaal gerecht, een passende drankaanbeveling of een allergie: jij beantwoordt elke vraag met enthousiasme én een glimlach!
