Werken bij Zwanenberg HR Manager Ben jij de HR Manager die structuur brengt, mensen verbindt en HR zichtbaar maakt op de werkvloer? Bij Zwanenberg krijg je de ruimte om richting te geven aan HR over meerdere locaties én zelf dicht op de praktijk te blijven. Locatie: Almelo Functiegroep: Kantoor Vijf locaties. Eén organisatie. En een HR-team dat midden in de operatie staat. Werken bij Zwanenberg betekent werken in een organisatie met verschillende werelden onder één dak. Onze vier Nederlandse productielocaties hebben ieder hun eigen karakter, historie en dynamiek. - Vlagtwedde : Een mooie locatie waar Huls sinds 1931 wordt geproduceerd. Vakmanschap, droge worst en veel ervaren medewerkers kenmerken deze plant. - Raalte : De thuisbasis van Lupack, met onder andere knakworst, rookworst, ballen en burgers. Een betrokken locatie met veel collega's die er al jarenlang werken. - Oss : Een grote, dynamische productielocatie met ruim 300 medewerkers, waar historie, innovatie en nieuwe technologie samenkomen. Hier worden onder andere sauzen van Chicken Tonight geproduceerd. - Almelo Sluisweg : Hier werken circa 200 collega's binnen Fresh en Ambient. Verschillende producten, processen en personeelsvraagstukken komen binnen één plant samen. - Almelo Twentepoort : Op het hoofdkantoor komen directie en centrale disciplines zoals finance, commercie, innovatie en HR samen. Als HR Manager verbind je die werelden. Je brengt de HR-strategie naar de plants, brengt wat er op de plants speelt terug naar de directie en zorgt samen met je team voor meer samenhang, professionalisering en een gezamenlijke HR-koers met voldoende ruimte voor wat iedere locatie uniek maakt. Die vijf locaties zijn in transitie om uniform en integraal HR te vormen, met behoud van eigen dynamiek, historie en HR-vraagstukken. Precies dat maakt deze rol interessant.
