Voor Crowne Plaza Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige HR Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het volledige HR-beleid binnen ons hotel. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een strategische sparringpartner voor het management én een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze collega's.Bij Crowne Plaza Maastricht staan onze medewerkers centraal. Als HR Manager creëer je samen met het management een professionele, inspirerende en inclusieve werkomgeving waarin collega's zich welkom, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Met jouw kennis van HRM, Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, de Horeca CAO en de IHG HR Brand Standards zorg je voor een sterk HR-beleid en een optimale medewerkerservaring.Wat ga je doen?Als HR Manager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: • Werving & selectie van nieuwe medewerkers en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken. • Coördineren van de onboarding en een optimale start van nieuwe collega's. • Beheer van de volledige HR-administratie, personeelsdossiers en HR-systemen. • Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties. • Toezien op de naleving van de IHG HR Brand Standards. • Adviseren van managers en supervisors over HR-, arbeidsrechtelijke en personele vraagstukken. • Ziekteverzuim- en re-integratiebegeleiding volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter. • Bewaken van de naleving van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en de Horeca CAO. • Coördineren van opleidingen, trainingen en de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van medewerkers. • Beheer van de Personal Development Plans (PDP's) van medewerkers. • Actief onderhouden van samenwerkingen met hotelscholen en zorgen voor een positieve stagebeleving. • Verantwoordelijk voor het HR-salarisbudget. • Analyseren van HR-data en rapporteren aan de Regional HR Director. • Aansturen en begeleiden van de HR Supervisor in de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden. • Toezicht houden op de personeelsplanning en samenwerken met payroll. • Meedraaien in duty management diensten (gemiddeld twee diensten per maand).Wat biede
