Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een HR Manager die snel kan schakelen, stevig in de schoenen staat en direct impact maakt op de dagelijkse HR-operatie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de HR-processen binnen de organisatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden, ondersteunt bij personeelsvraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat de basis op orde is. Je combineert een praktische aanpak met een scherp oog voor mensen, structuur en continuïteit. De belangrijkste pijlers: 1.Loonkosten & personeelsplanning 2.Productiviteit & ontwikkeling 3.Behoud & medewerkerstevredenheid 4.Ontwikkeling & leiderschap 5.Werving & Selectie Wat ga je doen? Als HR Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele HR-agenda. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Zorgdragen voor correcte HR-administratie, contracten en personeelsdossiers; - Ondersteunen bij verzuimbegeleiding en opvolging volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Bewaken en verbeteren van HR-processen en procedures; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij arbeidsvoorwaardelijke en personele vragen; - Signaleren van knelpunten op de werkvloer en aandragen van praktische oplossingen; - Ondersteunen bij werving en selectie waar nodig; - Meewerken aan lopende HR-projecten en verandertrajecten.
