Je bent een vaste gesprekspartner voor het managementteam, denkt mee over strategische vraagstukken én zorgt ervoor dat plannen ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer adviseer je over leiderschap, de andere keer begeleid je een verzuimtraject of werk je aan een initiatief om de betrokkenheid van medewerkers verder te vergroten. Jij begrijpt als geen ander dat een sterke organisatie begint bij sterke mensen. Daarom zet je je dagelijks in voor de ontwikkeling, inzetbaarheid en het werkplezier van honderden collega's. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt een breed en afwisselend takenpakket, waarbij je onder andere: - De HR-strategie vertaalt naar concrete plannen en acties voor de Amsterdamse winkel. - Storemanagement en leidinggevenden adviseert over HR-vraagstukken, talentontwikkeling, verzuim en organisatieontwikkeling. - Een belangrijke sparringpartner bent binnen het managementteam - De HR Adviseur coacht en begeleidt in diens ontwikkeling - Talent binnen de organisatie weet te herkennen, ontwikkelen en behouden. - Regie voert op recruitment in samenwerking met Recruitment, Sales Support en leidinggevenden. - Verzuimtrajecten coördineert en waar nodig optreedt als onafhankelijke gesprekspartner. - HR-data en KPI's vertaalt naar concrete ver...
