* Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle - vom Recruiting über Onboarding bis zur laufenden Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden (inkl. Zeitwirtschaft, Reiseabrechnung, etc. - bis zur Vorbereitung für die Lohnverrechnung)

* Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses (Stellenprofile, Auswahl, Interviews, Verträge)

* Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Themenstellungen

* Koordination der Personalplanung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen und aktive Steuerung des Planungsprozesses in Abstimmung mit den Abteilungsleitungen

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern (Lohnverrechnung - ausgelagert, WKO, Steuerberatung, etc.)

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Bereich Personalentwicklung (Trainings, Weiterbildungen, Talentförderung)

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit HR-Schwerpunkt (z.B. Personalwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Personalwesen & österr. Arbeitsrecht

* Eigenverantwortliche & selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Loyalität & Diskretion

* Sehr gute EDV / MS-Office - Kenntnisse
