Als HR manager in Tilburg pak je zelfstandig de volledige hr-praktijk op. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor directie, MT, leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je bewaakt niet alleen het instroomproces, maar begeleidt ook doorstroom en uitstroom en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige personeelsadministratie. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, draagt bij aan het verbeteren van hr-beleid en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt parttime (28 tot 36 uur), meestal op locatie in Tilburg, waarbij je een zelfstandige rol vervult binnen het team Finance-HR.

Je start je werkdag met het checken van actuele hr-vraagstukken en personeelsmutaties. Vervolgens adviseer je leidinggevenden over functioneren, ontwikkeling en verzuim, stel je hr-rapportages op en signaleer je kansen voor verbetering. Gedurende de dag heb je regelmatig overleg met het MT en collega’s, bereid je voorstellen voor aanpassingen in beleid voor en voer je deze na afstemming door. Ook onderhoud je contact met de bedrijfsarts en externe adviseurs waar nodig.
