Ab sofort suchen wir eine:n HR Manager:in (Vollzeit) mit Leidenschaft für People-Themen zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams und zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des operativen HR-Tagesgeschäfts. 1 HR Manager (m/w/d)

Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

º

Eigenständige Betreuung des operativen HR-Tagesgeschäfts entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR Director

º

Aktive Mitgestaltung des Recruiting-Prozesses - von Active Sourcing über Terminkoordination und Interviewführung bis hin zur Candidate Experience

º

Erstellung sämtlicher arbeitsvertraglicher Unterlagen und HR-Dokumente

º

Steuerung der Personaladministration inkl. Pflege der Personalakten, Zeiterfassungs- und Abwesenheitsmanagement sowie Vorbereitung der Personalverrechnung

º

Mitarbeit bei Performance-, Talent- und Entwicklungsprozessen

º

Organisation und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten sowie Employer-Branding-, Kultur- und Mitarbeiter:inneninitiativen

º

Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen in enger Abstimmung mit der HR Director

º

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Kolleg:innen aus dem internationalen Havas Network

Das bringst du mit:

º

Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Rolle im HR-Bereich

º

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise

º

Organisationsgeschick, Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit

º

Hands-on Mentalität kombiniert mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch

º

Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

º

Diskretion, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

º

Interesse daran, HR aktiv mitzugestalten, neue Ideen einzubringen und Themen selbstständig voranzutreiben

º

Der Tätigkeit entsprechend sehr gute Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

º

Idealerweise Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld oder einem anderen dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld
