Weigeren HR-medewerker, Sliedrecht Ben jij degene die graag orde schept in HR-vraagstukken én energie krijgt van het helpen van collega's? Dan voel jij je als HR-medewerker bij ASVZ helemaal op je plek. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer adviseer je een leidinggevende over de toepassing van de cao of arbeidsrecht, de andere keer help je een medewerker met een HR-vraag of zorg je ervoor dat een personeelswijziging foutloos wordt verwerkt. Jij bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner, denkt mee in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel en zorgvuldig verlopen. Achter de schermen zorg je ervoor dat de personeelsadministratie klopt en personeelsmutaties tijdig en correct worden verwerkt. Zo kunnen leidinggevenden en medewerkers rekenen op een professionele HR-ondersteuning en draag jij indirect iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg voor onze cliënten. Concreet ga jij aan de slag met: het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over de cao, HR-regelingen, medewerkersfaciliteiten en HR-processen; - het ondersteunen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen over AFAS; - het dagelijks onderhouden van contact met collega's, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch en via e-mail, waarbij je zorgt voor een klantgerichte en professionele ondersteuning; - het zorgvuldig controleren en verwerken van personeelsmutaties in AFAS, zodat de administratie altijd actueel en betrouwbaar is; - het signaleren van kansen om HR-processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten en het actief meedenken over verbeteringen in de HR-dienstverlening. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een servicegerichte HR-professional die graag schakelt tussen mensen, processen en administratie. Je houdt van afwisseling, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen rekenen op een deskundig advies én een foutloze uitvoering.
