HR Medewerker Personeels- en Salarisadministratie Huis ter Heide, regio Zeist/Utrecht | 28–32 uur | Hybride werken Een contractwijziging die op tijd verwerkt moet worden. Een salariswijziging die gecontroleerd moet worden. Een nieuwe collega van wie alle gegevens correct in het systeem moeten staan. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de HR-administratie klopt en dat medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op een goede verwerking van hun personeels- en salarisgegevens. Voor het servicebureau van ouderenzorginstantie Fortumus vlakbij Utrecht zoeken we een HR Medewerker Personeels- en Salarisadministratie. Een veelzijdige HR-functie voor iemand die al ervaring heeft met administratieve processen en graag meer verantwoordelijkheid wil krijgen binnen HR en salarisadministratie. Je nieuwe baan Je bent samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en actuele personeelsadministratie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met HR-adviseurs, leidinggevenden en een extern bureau die betrokken is bij de salarisverwerking. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - verwerken en controleren van indiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen en uitdiensttredingen; - ondersteunen bij de maandelijkse salarisverwerking; - beheren en controleren van digitale personeelsdossiers; - maken en controleren van rapportages en overzichten, onder andere in Excel; - ondersteunen van HR-adviseurs bij instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met het invoeren van gegevens. Je controleert, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat informatie op het juiste moment bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt. In deze functie krijg je nadrukkelijk te maken met de verbinding tussen HR-administratie en salarisadministratie. Je hoeft nog geen volledig zelfstandig salarisadministrateur te zijn, maar we zoeken wel iemand die begrijpt dat een wijziging in een contract, uren, salaris of arbeidsvoorwaarden gevolgen heeft voor de salarisverwerking.
