Bij SportCity krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en mee te bouwen aan een sterke en professionele HR-administratie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar continuïteit en verandering naast elkaar bestaan. SportCity groeit en nieuwe clubs, overnames en veranderingen in processen en systemen zorgen regelmatig voor nieuwe HR-vraagstukken. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Dat vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt, zorgvuldig werkt en makkelijk schakelt. Als Medewerker HR Services ben je binnen People Services een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse HR-administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom goed verlopen, beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en managers en zorgt dat informatie correct en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je hoeft niet voortdurend bezig te zijn met de volgende stap in je carrière. Je haalt juist voldoening uit goed zijn in je vak, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en samen zorgen dat de HR-basis staat. Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de HR-administratie soepel, zorgvuldig en op tijd verloopt. Je: - verwerkt en controleert personeelsmutaties; - bewaakt het volledige in-, door- en uitstroomproces; - beantwoordt HR-vragen van medewerkers en managers; - werkt dagelijks met ADP Workforce en zorgt voor een juiste en volledige verwerking; - signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat deze worden opgevolgd; - bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat acties niet blijven liggen; - vertaalt vragen vanuit de clubs naar duidelijke HR-informatie en ondersteuning; - signaleert waar processen slimmer, duidelijker of m...
