Onze medewerkers zijn actief binnen diverse sectoren zoals logistiek, productie, techniek, de voedingsindustrie en de agrarische sector. Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring, ruim 2000 medewerkers en 200 tevreden klanten blijven wij groeien. Voor onze locatie bij Vergeer in Reeuwijk zijn wij nu op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die ons HR-team komt versterken! Werkzaamheden Als HR-medewerker in een 24/7 ploegensysteem ondersteun jij ons team bij Vergeer in Reeuwijk, Woerden en Bodegraven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers en verwerkt hun gewerkte uren en planning. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor taken rondom nachttaxi's en neem je de spoedtelefoontjes van de afdelingen Planning en Social Support aan. Verantwoordelijkheden - Ondersteunen van het onboardingproces van nieuwe medewerkers; - Verwerken van gewerkte uren en ondersteuning bieden bij de planning; - Coördineren van nachttaxi-ritten; - Afhandelen van spoedoproepen buiten kantooruren We zoeken iemand die: - Bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met HR of planningswerkzaamheden; - Communicatief vaardig is en goed in teamverband kan werken; - Bereid is om in een 24/7 ploegendienst te werken; - Flexibel is en snel kan schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving; - Engels spreekt op communicatief niveau; - Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs (categorie B).
